We have put much effort into designing our scheduling system. Our goal is to allow you to be seen on time for your appointment, do all necessary scheduled treatments, make appointments as stress-free for you as possible and to minimize interruptions to your busy schedule.

We understand that everyone has important obligations throughout the day and that your time is very valuable. Therefore, we offer a variety of after-school appointments, as well as emergency appointments.

Should you arrive late for an appointment, if time permits, we will attempt to treat you. However, we may not be able to complete all of the scheduled procedures and may need to reschedule at your earliest convenience. Please understand, we strive to be able to see all of our patients on time, but you may be required, in some instances, to reschedule your appointment.

Please allow the following time for each appointment type:

• Initial Visit (including initial records and consultation): 60 minutes
• Records, if not a part of the initial visit: 30 minutes
• Consultation if not part of the initial visit: 30 minutes
• Placing braces: 60 to 90 minutes
• Adjustments: 10 to 20 minutes

During the course of orthodontic treatment, it is imperative that you do not miss a scheduled appointment. Orthodontic forces must be monitored on a regular basis to ensure the highest quality of orthodontic care that we can provide. We do, however, realize that some circumstances cannot be avoided, and you will occasionally need to reschedule.

When an appointment has to be rescheduled for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. To prevent treatment delays we ask that you take the next available appointment.
