That means you are one phone call away from seeing an Orthodontist no matter if it’s late at night, on the weekend or on a public holiday. We understand Orthodontic treatment is a large adjustment in lifestyle, and we ensure we look after you every step of the way.

Free (No Out of Pocket Cost) Follow-up Assessment and X-rays
The Australia and American Orthodontic Associations recommend having an Orthodontic assessment from the age of 7. However, this does not mean that everyone at this age is ready for treatment, but it does allow us to pick up any concerns early. All patients not requiring treatment after the initial consultation are reviewed as required at no cost to you, including further examinations, photographs and X-rays. This means you are getting the highest quality treatment and peace of mind with no added expense.

Pressure Free
At the initial consultation appointment, we discuss in detail (utilising very helpful photos and orthodontic videos) the orthodontic problems and what treatment would be beneficial. However, we will never force anyone into treatment or perform any unnecessary treatment. We provide you with the information so that you can make an informed decision regarding treatment.
